Annual Lysimeter maintenance 2023

Annual maintenance of 36 lysimeter within the TERENO project took place from July 25 to August 3. Maintenance was done together with JR AquaConSol.

For replacement of broken sensors in 140 cm depth, lysimeter need to be lifted, i.e. taken out of their housing. The picture illustrates the efforts necessary for lifting the lysimeter and replacing the broken sensor
